ROB COLLINS
Managing Member
Rob has advised technology-related companies for over 25 years as both outside counsel and internal General Counsel. He has served in a variety of legal and business roles, which has provided him with a unique perspective on how legal services holistically fit within a business and an understanding of the inherent risks that accompany all business decisions.
Rob received his J.D. from George Washington University National Law Center (with High Honors; Order of the Coif), and his B.A. from Wesleyan University (with Honors). Rob is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars.
ALEX COLLINS
Managing Member
Alex has almost 20 years of experience in assessing the technology-related needs of her clients, and advising them on evaluating and structuring complex technology transactions. She particularly enjoys delving into the details around how legal agreements translate into actual business arrangements, enabling real-world successes.
Alex received her J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law, and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania (with Honors). Alex is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars.
